Yes, we support Two Big Ears (.tbe) files. This is a 360 audio format maintained by Facebook. We support the 44.1khz frequency. If you use 48khz frequency, the audio might sound distorted. For more information see: facebook360.fb.com/spatial-workstation
For filling a room with surround sound you can use the Windows client to playback video files with embedded surround sound.
You can upload content by going to the Content manager on the VR Sync Dashboard and drag and drop your 360 content.
You can find the links to the application on the VR sync dashboard under downloads. For the platforms Oculus Go and Android you also find it in-store (see link).
Note: The VR sync application works only in combination with a license!
VR Sync supports the following VR platforms:
On the license page you find a renew button. You can fill in the orderform to extend your license.
The number depends on the VR Sync box you have purchased. It can range from 50 till 200. For numbers above this range a custom request can be made.
